Global Opinion Panel/Synovate is great panel. They offer a check rewards system, and you can start requesting your checks as little as $5. They also give you the opportunity to test products from time to time, and earn more points while doing so. Typical surveys range from 1000-6500 points each, and you can start redeeming points when you've received 5000!
